Return Policy


  • Your request is within the return period.
  • The item is unused.
  • The item is in its original or other suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • If returning multiple items, kindly package them together.

Please get in touch with the platform from whom you purchased your rug to learn about their return process. Alternatively,  you may arrange your own return. If you decide to do so, please provide us with the courier’s name and tracking number so that we can monitor the return for you. We are not liable for any return postage fees.

Please note: A deduction from your refund may apply if the rug is returned used, damaged, or without packaging. Refunds may be refused for items that are severely damaged and no longer in saleable condition. Please ensure the item is ready for transit; feel free to use liner bags or any other alternative if the original packaging is no longer available.
